दुनिया की पहली वन शॉट ब्लैक एंड वाइट इंटरनेशनल अवॉर्ड विनिंग फिल्म लोमड़ को भारत में रिलीज करने की हो रही है परेशानी। डायरेक्टर और एक्टर हेमवंत तिवारी ने बताई ये बड़ी वजह !

 

 डायरेक्टर और एक्टर हेमवंत तिवारी, जिसने विश्व की पहली वन शॉट फिल्म को बनाने में अपना खून पसीना एक कर दिया, जो फिल्म वर्ल्ड की एकमात्र ब्लैक एंड व्हाइट, वन शॉट 97 मिनट की फीचर फिल्म है, जिसे अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर बड़ी प्रसिद्धि मिली, 21 इंटरनेशनल फिल्म फेस्टिवल अवार्ड जीत चुकी और 28 से भी ज्यादा नॉमिनेशन मिल चुके फिल्म लोमड़ को भारत में रिलीज करने के लिए अब मुसीबतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। जी हां, पहली वन शॉट ब्लैक एंड व्हाइट फीचर फिल्म जिसे सात समुंदर पार इतनी सफलता मिली उसका खरीददार भारत में ही नही हैं।


 ओटीटी पर नहीं मिल रहा सही खरीददार! यहां एक बड़ी लॉबी हैं।

चूंकि अब जब सिनेमा हाल खुल चुके हैं , तो प्रोड्यूसर और डायरेक्टर चाह रहे हैं कि फिल्म को ऑल इंडिया रिलीज किया जाये। जिसके लिए प्रोड्यूसर  और डायरेक्टर अपनी जी–जान लगा दे रहे हैं लेकिन फिल्म को ओटीटी प्लेटफार्म पर रिलीज करने के लिए परेशानी हो रही हैं । इस बात से बेहद नाराज एक्टर और फिल्म लोमड़ के डायरेक्टर हेमवंत तिवारी कहते हैं " लॉक डाउन के बाद चीजें काफी बदल गई हैं। अब ओटीटी वाले बड़ी फिल्में और बड़े डायरेक्टर के प्रोजेक्ट्स को ही तवज्जो देते हैं। लॉकडाउन के दौरान काफी बड़े–बड़े डायरेक्टर्स ने अपनी फिल्में रिलीज की, जिससे उनका नजरिया बदल गया। जो फिल्में कमाल कर चुकी हैं उनकी वो परख सही तरीके से कर नही पा रहे हैं। और सही दाम न मिलने के कारण ओटीटी तक वो फिल्मे पहुंच नही पा रही हैं। हम थिएटर में भी रिलीज के बारे में सोच रहे हैं ,अब देखते हैं कि बेहतर क्या होता हैं। लेकिन आज की परिस्थिति देखकर मैं वाकई हैरान हूं कि इतनी बड़ी और खूबसूरत फिल्म के लिए भी हम डायरेक्टर को अपनी फिल्में की रिलीज के लिए जद्दोजहद करनी पड़ रही हैं। क्योंकि यहाँ एक बड़ी लॉबी हैं जहां आपको सही टाइम पर सही लोग मिलेंगे  तभी आपका काम हो पाएगा।"


 पूरी फिल्म को सामान्य 24 एफपीएस के बजाय 48 एफपीएस में शूट किया गया।

हेमवंत तिवारी की बात करे तो इन्हे एकोलेड ग्लोबल फिल्म प्रतियोगिता में सर्वश्रेष्ठ अभिनेता (पुरुष, अग्रणी) का पुरस्कार मिल चुका हैं।  अपनी प्रेरणा के बारे में बात करते हुए, तिवारी कहते हैं कि जब से उन्होंने अल्फ्रेड हिचकॉक की 1948 की फिल्म रोप देखी, तब से वह हमेशा एक-शॉट फीचर बनाना चाहते थे । लोमड़ एक क्राइम थ्रिलर फीचर फिल्म है - एक ऐसे जोड़े की आकस्मिक मुठभेड़ की कहानी जो अपने कॉलेज के दिनों में एक कपल थे। हेमवंत कहते हैं कि  "यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि मैं धीमी गति में कुछ हिस्से दिखा सकता हूं, हमने पूरी फिल्म को सामान्य 24 एफपीएस के बजाय 48 एफपीएस में शूट किया।  बाकी एडिट टेबल पर आसानी से हो गया था।"

 फिल्म लोमड़ के निर्माण के लिए बाइक तक बेचनी पड़ी।

इस फिल्म को बनाने का रास्ता इतना आसान नहीं था । हेमवंत कहते हैं "फिल्म में मेरी सारी बचत खतम हो गई थी और मैं ऐसे मोड़ पर पहुंच गया जहां मुझे अपनी बाइक तक बेचनी पड़ी थी।  हालांकि, जब उस व्यक्ति (जिसने बाइक खरीदी थी) को मेरी स्थिति के बारे में पता चला, तो उसने मुझे यह बताने के लिए फोन किया कि मैं अपनी बाइक का उपयोग कर सकता हूं और बाद में उसे पैसे दे सकता हु।  मैं भाग्यशाली हूं कि मुझे ऐसे दोस्त मिले।"
 
 बिहार के रहनेवाले हैं डायरेक्टर और एक्टर हेमवंत तिवारी।

हेमवंत तिवारी भारत में बिहार राज्य से आते हैं। साल 2013 में उन्होंने सिनेमा की दुनिया में कदम रखा, शार्ट फिल्म ‘जिंदगी खूबसूरत है’ से, जो कांस अंतर्राष्ट्रीय फिल्म समारोह में प्रदर्शित की गई थी। चार साल बाद 2017 में, उन्होंने कॉमिक-कॉन की यात्रा की, जहां उनकी अंतरराष्ट्रीय टीवी श्रृंखला मदीना को 4,000 लोगों की उपस्थिति में दिखाया गया था।  एरिक रॉबर्ट्स और नताशा हेनस्ट्रिज ने भी उस सीरीज में अभिनय किया।  उनकी फिल्में पनाह और सलाम को भी आलोचकों का खूब प्यार मिला। अभी फिलहाल हेमवंत तिवारी अपनी आनेवाली प्रोजेक्ट पर काम कर रहे हैं जिसकी घोषणा वो जल्द ही करेंगे।

Filmmaker Santosh Gupta's short films, produced under produced under banners Made in India Pictures and Sky 247, are a weekly offering  being released on Sky247.

Now let us take a look at the cast. Newsmakers Laveena Tandon and Palak Purswani have made a name for themselves in the world of television. Laveena Tandon is the face of a number of shows like Jodha Akbar, Naagin, Baalveer, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, while Palak Purswani was a strong contender of SplitsVilla 7 as well as the face of serial Badi Devrani, Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke and Meri Hanikarak Biwi among others.
